Dear Students
Welcome to 4/SHYD 342 - Water Resources Management Moodle. It is here where I will share all the slides presented in class and any additional reading materials. Although we will have scheduled tests and assignments, you will be expected to complete online quizzes from time to time and these will be on the Moodle platform.
The module is worth 160 credits, meaning you should spend 160 hours over the semester doing the module, including the time you will need to revise after the end of teaching and the examination. Most of you are doing four modules so I would recommend that on average you should be spending at least 15 hours per week in each module that you are doing. This would cover doing the assignments, reading the study material, making your own revision notes, using the web to find further reading and information on the topics covered, and doing online tests/quizzes that we will give.
