Computer Literacy course in the SAMBA UNIZULU project.

A study of materials for the purpose of use in the design of technological products.

To develop graphic communication and design skills in an education context.

To develop students’ understanding of energy transfer in chemical, physical, biological processes and in technological systems.

Method of Technology

Function of mechanical systems. All machines, however complex, are made up of simple mechanisms. Mechanisms are responsible for the conversion of energy from one form to another. They are devices that change input motion and force into a desired output motion and force.

To develop the student’s knowledge, understanding and skills of the role of ICT in Technology Education and to apply these skills in the facilitation of Technology Education for the GET band.

Advanced Technology Design will contribute towards students' technological literacy by giving them opportunities to develop and apply drawing and design skills to solve technological problems .

To enhance the students’ understanding of complex electronic circuits, components and sensors and gain practical skills in the designing and making of electronic circuits.
